My story as follows: I have been at Brookdale for a very short time. Everyone has been so great to me!! I LOVE IT HERE !!! People are helping me, telling me things again if needed. It really does help me out so much!! Can it get crazy here??!! Well I'm sure it will. until then I will keep smiling and trying to do & be the best I can. I can & will do this!! May Our Lord Bless Us All--------

Brookdale Eau Galie is staffed by Section Heads who are forced to due jobs that they are unqualified for, consequently working staff members must work extremely hard at their shifts to keep up with the work load. Therefore, they are actually running from one task to another. The best workers are looking for another job that does not require them to race from one task to another.
Another problem is that there are so few workers staff to really care for the residents that I had to wait for 20 minutes for some one to answer the alarm bell. The response was, 'There are only 2 RA"s on duty for two floors and the
two of us were trying to lift a 250 pound woman who fell down and couldn't get up. Just one example of understaffing at this facility.

I have seen a lot of things at the brookdale in Greenville SC place @ 20 hawthorn Park, workers not on the floor,not doing thier job, and the worst the phones,playing game, texting, talking instend of helping the resdents who by the way pay them. Food not good looks and taste te same food chicken or pork,eggs grits bacon. The working that do thier jobs get upset with with everything that is going and nothing being done about and the resdents are ready to leave cause of everything I not sure what they get payed but some not enought and i am sure that they would like a raise

Every 2 wks when I get paid I am not being allowed to see my pay stubbs, I am told they are invalid my user name and password when they are indeed correct. This is a lot of added stress on me and to add insult to injury it alway's happens on Friday's when no one's around to help. I have a busy life and can't keep seeing the business officer cant you fix it for good.

This has to be the worst website I have every encountered. I keep trying to
Add a commentchange the password(they sent me a link on my e mail) and it will not take
it. My wife works for a large hospital system and it is not that difficult to
sign in. You need to make the website more user friendly. All the other
employees are complaining about too. It's ;like they don't want you to
have access to your pay stub and they won't give you a printed one!!!
Fix this!!
